Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out.

  • Note that the Orders that are placed before 1 PM Pacific Time (West Coast Time) on a business day will be entertained to be shipped on the same day. Remaining all other orders will be shipped out very next business.
  • Some products have the option to expedite while others do not.
  • The checkout page will allow you to see all these options.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do ship internationally, while some parts do not qualify for international shipping. Please contact our customer care representative to further get the knowledge about the product you are interested in, whether it supports international shipping and what is its cost.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Our Shipments range includes both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses but kindly allows us additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

    How can I track my order?

    Well this is so simple, within a few minutes of placing the order you will be getting an email. Within the next 24-48 hours you will get an Ups/Fed Ex/ Usps Tracking number in your mailbox. You may easily track your package using these tracking numbers.

    How long will it be before I receive my order?

    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. But additional time is required for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. We understand your concern that you need your part immediately and for this our ware house sends it to you as soon as possible.

    I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?

    It depends on the shipping options that you have chosen, your delivery day will fall into one of these categories.

    I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows my order was delivered. How is that possible?

    Ups follows a practice of recycling the tracking numbers. This may generate a number that has been issued to you previously. If this happens please contact our customer care representative, we will be happy to help you.

    Oops! I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!

    No worries, kindly contact our customer care representative immediately now, we will try to modify it by charging you the difference in shipping. However if the package has left our facility before your call we would not be able to make any adjustments.

    Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

    OK, so you got the receipt after placing your order and the shipping address is wrong. Kindly contact us immediately. We will try to do our best to make the appropriate change. If we cannot recover that we will try to contact ups and get the necessary change done. Ups sometime charges for such change so please keep this thing that in mind.

    What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

    It depends on the size and volume of the product.

    Will I have to sign for my package?

  • Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package.
  • However, there are instances when the purchaser may decide to utilize this option, which is at their discretion.
  • In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery.
